• Communications between you and matched venues that flow through GatherBid.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited.

How we use it

• To match your event request with relevant venues and vendors.
• To send transactional emails about your request and quotes.
• If you opt in, to send transactional SMS updates about your request and quotes.
• To improve the product and prevent abuse.

Who we share with

We only share your event details with venues and vendors we’ve matched to your request. We never sell your personal information.

SMS messaging

If you opt in, you may receive automated text messages from GatherBid about your quote request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

You can request to access, correct, or delete your account by emailing hello@gatherbid.app.
