Your account

You’re responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your account secure. Don’t use GatherBid to submit fake requests, harass vendors, or scrape data.

Quotes and bookings

GatherBid helps couples request quotes from venues and vendors, but every contract is between you and the venue/vendor. We don’t guarantee availability, pricing, or performance.

Free and paid plans

Some features are free; others may require a paid plan in the future. We’ll show pricing clearly before you upgrade.

Termination

You can stop using GatherBid any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
